Once the consultation period has closed on 26 July, we will review all feedback received, and take this into consideration before we submit a planning application to Cambridge City Council in September 2024.

- September 2024 – Application submitted
- January 2025 – Planning committee
- May 2025 – Phase 1 construction starts
- January 2026 – Phase 1 construction completed
