Wrenbridge is proposing an exemplar regeneration of the northern part of Mercers Row to provide best-in-class flexible floorspace for a variety of key industries in Cambridge.

Our proposals for Phases 1 and 2 include:

  • Four buildings comprising approximately 8,800 sqm of flexible employment floorspace, suitable for a range of employers from R&D and lab facilities to manufacturing and community uses
  • Approximately 2,600 sqm of ancillary office space
  • New public open space, opening Mercers Row up to the surrounding community
  • New tree and greenery planting
